About Me
Hello - I'm Emily
A bit about me:
-
I have lived around the world.
-
I am an introvert.
-
We speak Spanish at home - my husband says he was my souvenir from the year I spent teaching in Chile.
-
I am a "Defender" on 16 Personalities.
-
My favourite way to spend time with family and friends is a good walk and a good meal.

A bit about my work:
It all began in education, teaching English in Chile and then later Geography for 11 years in the UK, where I led large teams addressing educational inequality and driving curriculum reform around the country.

Coaching was integral to both the student pastoral work and the teacher training and development work I was involved in and this is where my love for coaching flourished.

Then, navigating my own career change with the support of a coach launched a new chapter of growth. I transitioned into the corporate world as a strategist and now lead Learning & Development and internal coaching at a brilliant events agency, working privately as well.

To enhance the work I do, I am building on these years of coaching work in different sectors by completing my Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching at Henley Business School. I will then be looking to accredit with the ICF.

I love the work that I get to do.

So, if you'd like to chat about possibly working together, I'd love to hear from you.
